Lama Kunga Tsultrim
Lama Tsultrim has been a Dharma student for over 40 years, starting while she was attending music conservatory. During that time, she met jazz bassist Buster Williams, who held Nichiren Buddhist chanting sessions in his home, introducing her to a very eclectic group of Buddhist artists. She soon sought out other traditions, during which she became a mother of 4 children and found Vajrayana Buddhism.
Since then, she has been blessed to receive initiations, commentaries and instructions from many precious Lamas. 20 years ago, Lama Tsultrim moved to Nepal, and has completed numerous ngondros, ley rungs and other retreats while there. She received Getsul ordination in 2016 from Chogye Trichen Rinchen Paljor Rinpoche.
Lama Kunga Tsultrim specializes in practices of Tsalung and Trulkhor, having accomplished several practices, which she now shares with our sangha along with her extensive knowledge of Dharma. -

His practice is rooted in compassion, service, and the wish to contribute to a better world for all.
